How will a member know if their certification has been suspended or revoked?

A candidate would receive two types of alerts:

• Pre-Alert: For candidates whose certification is at the suspension stage, an automated mail alert is sent, urging them to gather the credits as their certificate is at the suspension stage. 
• Post-Alert: An automated mail alert is sent to candidates that their certification is to be recertified or at the revocation stage.
