Specialising in Vulnerability Management, Incident Detection & Response, Application Security, Neill provides white glove advisory service for a portfolio of clients to help customers enhance their security programs.
Has accumulated 12+ years’ experience in the industry including previous positions - a senior security role in the Northern Ireland Health Service and as an IT Consultant for Toals Bookmakers.
Current EC Council certifications include the CND and CEH. Neill is also a member of ISACA’s Ireland chapter and is a passionate all-round IT Security enthusiast.

Retired U.S. Navy Cryptology Warrant Officer specializing in Information Assurance System Architecture and Engineering certified in Information Assurance Technician Level III and Information Assurance Management Level II under DOD 8570.01-M. He is responsible for expanding cybersecurity initiatives in policy, procedures, and accreditations of infrastructure to reduce cyber threats.
Prior to retiring from the U.S. Navy, Ulrick served in many senior military information systems security roles. He held multiple leadership positions in satellite telecommunications, signals analysis, information operations, information security certifications and accreditations, risk management framework IAW NIST Special Publications, and cyber infrastructure management.
Ulrick earned a Master of Information Systems from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science Information Technology, and Associate of Arts (Computer Studies) from University of Maryland.

The specific duties and responsibilities of the SC members include:
- Approve key policies governing the operation of EC-Council Certification Division.
- Assuring consistency of decision making as well as the criteria used therein.
- Serve on appeals and complaints task groups as appointed by the SC Chair.
- Promote and provide guidance to promote EC-Council certifications.
- Provide guidance regarding international initiatives supporting EC-Council certifications.
- Provide guidance to support educational initiatives related to EC-Council certifications.
- Determine areas of research required to improve EC-Council certifications.
- Serve on task forces / subcommittees as appointed by the SC Chair.
