EC-Council exams are provided in different question banks. Each form is carefully assessed through beta testing with an appropriate sample group by a committee of subject matter experts to ensure that they have academic rigor and “real-world” applicability. We also follow a process to determine the difficulty rating for questions. The individual rating calculates an overall “cut score” for each exam form. Cut scores are established on a “per exam form” basis to guarantee that the evaluation requirements are the same for all forms. The exact cut score of the exam form is published on the ECC exam portal instructions page before the exam starts.
