Born in Serian, Sarawak, I developed a passion for computer programming at the age of 8. The intrigue of computer security gripped me at the age of 13, catalyzed by a friend’s introduction. In 2014, I embarked on my tech career, earning a Diploma in Computer Science from Mara University of Technology (UiTM). Notably, during my Diploma years, I actively participated in and completed the 12-Hour Forensic Challenge Competition in 2013.
Fast forward to 2023, I proudly obtained a bachelor’s degree from Mara University of Technology (UiTM). With over 7 years of specialized expertise in networking security, I’ve matured into a seasoned cybersecurity solution architect. My professional aspirations revolve around continuous skill enhancement, making significant contributions to the cybersecurity landscape, and empowering organizations in their defense against cyber threats. As I strive to become an invaluable asset, my goal is to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity protection, fortifying the digital domains of organizations.
Ivan Vinogradov
Ivan is a blue-team cybersecurity practitioner based in Europe and specializing in security management, operations, and consulting. For the last seven years, he has worked in a broad range of environments ranging from OT to Cloud and has helped to strengthen security controls within many different industries – from finance to critical infrastructure. Professionally, he is motivated by promoting a better understanding of cyber risk, raising general awareness of cyber threats, and advancing the quality of communication within the field.

Currently, Julio holds a managerial role at one of the largest professional services firms, where he leads the development and implementation of cutting-edge security operations and incident response strategies. IT & Security Systems IntegratorOleg Shimanski is an IT & Security Systems Integrator, specialized in Homeland Security, working for a big company with projects all over the world, including military bases and prisons, seaports, airports and highly secured and complex areas. Oleg holds a B.A. in Criminology and started his IT career working for his country Police Department, later making a transition into Cybersecurity and Homeland Security with many projects under his responsibility including designing and building big network infrastructures, server and domain environments, implementing and maintaining cybersecurity and security systems. Following his Bachelor’s degree, Ulrich began working with multiple telecommunications companies in Cameroon, assisting them in securing their Wireless Communications. He later continued his journey in France, where he has obtained his Master’s degree, specializing in Cyber Defense and joining one of the largest insurance companies in Europe. Over the years, he has engaged in various projects aimed at securing network and system infrastructures. During this time, he honed essential skills such as designing secure architectures, threat analysis, security incident management, penetration testing, implementing advanced security technologies, and more.

Utku, with a passion spanning over eight years in the cybersecurity realm, holds a pivotal role as a Red Teamer / Penetration Tester at Hoffmann Cybersecurity in the Netherlands. Rooted in a robust academic background as a Computer Engineer, Utku’s commitment to enhancing digital security is evident in the discovery and reporting of 3 CVEs. Furthermore, his proficiency is underscored by an impressive suite of industry accreditations, including the EC-Council’s CCT, CEH Master, LPT Master, CSA, and CNDA certifications, and the revered Offensive Security’s OSCE, OSCP, and OSWP certifications. Beyond technical prowess, Utku has extended his expertise to the broader cybersecurity community, delivering keynote sessions at distinguished conferences such as DEF CON 30, DEF CON 31, and BSides Oslo. The specific duties and responsibilities of the SC members include:
- Approve key policies governing the operation of EC-Council Certification Division.
- Assuring consistency of decision making as well as the criteria used therein.
- Serve on appeals and complaints task groups as appointed by the SC Chair.
- Promote and provide guidance to promote EC-Council certifications.
- Provide guidance regarding international initiatives supporting EC-Council certifications.
- Provide guidance to support educational initiatives related to EC-Council certifications.
- Determine areas of research required to improve EC-Council certifications.
- Serve on task forces / subcommittees as appointed by the SC Chair.
