What is the Cloud Security Essentials (C|SE) program?

Cloud Security Essentials is a comprehensive course designed to cover the basics of cloud computing and security fundamentals, including data protection and encryption in the cloud. This course equips you with the skills needed to secure identities, data, and applications within both cloud providers and hybrid infrastructures. No prior IT or cybersecurity experience is necessary.

Clause: Age Requirements and Policies Concerning Minors

Minors are not permitted to take the EC-Council exam without a written consent/indemnity letter signed by their parent or legal guardian, along with a supporting letter from their institution of learning. Only candidates from a nationally accredited institution of learning shall be considered.

Exam Renewal

Post a successful exam attempt, the C|SE certification credential will have a validity period of three years from the date of the successful exam attempt. Post this three-year term, EC-Council members may recertify by passing the C|SE exam again. There are no Continuing Education fees or EC-Council Continuing Education Credits (ECE’s) required to maintain the C|SE certification credential during the three-year term.
