He has led multiple large-scale government system development and digital transformation projects, specializing in cross-agency collaboration, cybersecurity compliance, and data interoperability.
Chin-Hui holds multiple international professional certifications, including CND, ECIH, CISSP, PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-RMP, and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. He has successfully implemented ISO 27001 information security management systems for organizations and established internal training frameworks that enabled his team to achieve Taiwan’s TTQS Training Quality Certification, strengthening organizational capability and competitiveness.
