Edwin Caceres
Dominican Republic Driven by both intellectual curiosity and a commitment to personal growth, I bring a global mindset and strong academic foundation to every endeavor. I hold a Master of Science degree (MSc), and my professional journey is rooted in bridging analytical rigor with strategic vision.
Throughout my career, I have cultivated expertise in security and risk management, security architecture and engineering, network security, identity and access management, and security operations, leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful solutions in dynamic environments. I thrive when translating complex challenges into actionable plans, while keeping an eye on long-term goals and sustainable outcomes.
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, I carry my roots with pride — drawing on a diverse cultural perspectiveand deep respect for collaboration, community, and integrity. In parallel with my professional pursuits, I am passionate about maintaining balance and growth outside of work. I commit to regular exercise as a way to sharpen focus and sustain energy. I am also an avid reader, with a broad appetite for both fiction and non-fiction, as I believe that continuous learning enriches creativity and leadership. I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals, share insights, and explore opportunities that align with my mission: to contribute meaningfully, inspire others, and continue evolving personally and professionally.

Nitisha Venkatachari
I’m a cybersecurity analyst with a focus on threat analysis, penetration testing, and secure systems architecture. With an MSc in Cybersecurity & Management (University of Warwick) and a BSc in Computer Science (University of Wollongong), I bring both theoretical depth and hands-on rigour to the field.
My experience spans research institutions and global tech firms, including roles in vulnerability management, PITS testing (CANoe), source code auditing, and digital forensics. I’ve handled cryptographic key lifecycle management for Japanese OEMs, performed security testing across automotive and enterprise networks, and contributed to TARA workflows in line with ISO 21434 and GDPR standards.
My strength lies in operating at the intersection of offensive and defensive thinking. Whether it’s tracing vulnerabilities through disassembled code or assessing architecture flaws through a threat modelling lens, I enjoy pulling at threads until systems unravel. I’m currently exploring specialisations in behavioural analytics, incident response, and red-blue team simulation.

Shai Guzman
I am a cybersecurity architect specializing in the design, hardening, and automation of enterprise-scale security infrastructures. My expertise lies in network architecture built on Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles, implemented through Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions and the Microsoft security ecosystem — including Defender XDR, Azure Cloud Services, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
My work focuses on enabling end-to-end visibility, adaptive control, and automated threat response across hybrid and cloud environments. I lead initiatives in vulnerability assessment, incident detection, and continuous security improvement, ensuring that network design and operational defense align with modern cyber-resilience standards.
I drive AI-driven cybersecurity initiatives through Python-based automation and Microsoft AI Copilot integration to improve asset visibility, telemetry enrichment, and predictive threat analysis. A current area of research is exploring the benefits and limitations of AI within the cybersecurity ecosystem, understanding where automation enhances speed and precision in Defender XDR security incidents and Threat hunting.
Certified in CND, ECIH, trained CEH, and Microsoft Cybersecurity Professional Analyst, I combine deep technical knowledge with strategic vision to build intelligent, adaptive, and self-defending infrastructures that empower organizations to defend, detect, and evolve securely in a dynamic threat landscape.
